At Anywhere, maintaining the privacy and security of your Personal Data is our topmost priority. We are strongly committed to providing you a safe and secure experience while accessing our Services. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”)describes our practices regarding use, maintenance, and disclosure of Personal Data that we collect through the Services. We respect the privacy of your Personal Data and undertake to ensure that the data that you provide us with will be treated only in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

Whenever the Privacy Policy mentions the terms “Anywhere” or “we” or “us” or “our”, it refers to Skanala Inc. , a Company with its principal place of business at Bothell, WA, USA, which is responsible for your Personal Data under this Privacy Policy.

We conduct our business in compliance with applicable laws and shall collect, use and process your Personal Data only in accordance with applicable data protection and security laws, regulations and guidelines.

We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of an Administrator's organization. Administrators are able to, (i) require you to reset your End User Account password; (ii) restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Services;(iii) access information in and about your End User Account; (iv) access or retain information stored as part of your End User Account; (v) install or uninstall third-party apps or other integrations, (vi)restrict, suspend or terminate your End User Account access; (vii) change thee mail address associated with your End User Account; (vii) change your information, including profile information; (viii) restrict your ability to edit, restrict, modify or delete information. Please contact your organization or refer to your Administrator’s organizational policies for more information.
  • Our privacy and security practices in connection with the access and use of our Services are governed by the Terms of Service Agreement, which is a binding contract between you and us and which is incorporated herein by reference.
  • Our Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies, third party service providers or individuals, including products or sites that may be displayed to you in search results or other sites linked from our Services. You should consider the privacy practices of those third-parties carefully.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information that you provide us directly or automatically when you use the Services. The collection of your Personal Data shall be strictly restricted to what is necessary for the purpose of fulfilling the purposes identified herein below. We may collect and retain the following Personal Data from and about you if you interact with us through the Services;
a.   Account and Profile Information:
  • The information that you voluntarily provide when you register for an Account and/or End User Account to access or use one or more of our Services and which shall include but shall not be limited to your name, company name, address, email address, profile picture, password, your designation, and other login information.
  • If you decide to avail any of our Services, and make payment for the same, we may collect your billing name, billing address and payment method. We do not store your credit card or debit card number, card expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit/ debit card on our Services. We use Pay pal and Stripe for processing financial transactions on our behalf both of which are PCI DSS compliant, Pay pal, Stripe and all such third parties with whom we share your Personal Data for processing financial transactions on our behalf shall be bound by our confidentiality and non-disclosure policy. Such Third Parties shall not use your financial information for any purpose other than to complete a transaction with you.
b.   Workspace Content: Workspace Content is collected, used, and shared by us in accordance with your instructions, including any applicable terms in the Terms of Service, or as required by applicable law. You, and not Anywhere, determines your own, internal policies regarding storage, access, modification, deletion, sharing, and retention of Workspace Content which may apply to your use of the Service. For example, a customer may provide or remove access to the Service, enable or disable third party integrations, manage permissions, retention and export settings, transferor assign teams, or share projects.
c.   Communications: Any information entered by you when you interact with the Services or our personnel for any purpose, including but not limited to reporting a problem with or difficulty using our Services or for providing feedback. When you join the Services by registering for an Account and/or End User Account and when you affirmatively provide an email address and tick the non-pre populated tick box available at the time of registration, you opt in to receive emails from us as permitted by law. To optout of receiving emails from us, you may either use the “Unsubscribe” button at the end of our emails or send us an opt-out request at hello ATanywhereapp.io. Please note that you cannot opt-out of receiving certain administrative or legal notices from us.
d.   Other Sources: Any information that we ask for and may collect from various sources, which may include but are not limited to, information you voluntarily provide us at any events, seminars, conferences, talks, promotions, surveys organised by us, and/or information we collect when you submit web forms on our Services or if you use interactive features of our Services.
e.   Automatically Collected Information: When you use or visit our Services, we may collect information regarding your use of the Services, including but not limited to statistics and logins, search queries and open posts, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, web browser type, web browser version, internet service provider, site trends, location, referring URL, timestamp information, app packages, app names, URLs, email address, poll inputs and the operating system that your computer or device is running. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
f.   We use such third-party services to optimize the functionality of our Services and to make our Services user friendly. We treat such data in the same manner as we treat Personal Data voluntarily provided by you, under this Privacy Policy.

  • Managed accounts and Administrators: If you register for an Account or access the Services using an email address with a domain that is owned by your employer or organization or associate, and such organization wishes to establish an Account or site, certain information about you including your name, profile picture, contact info, content and past use of your Account may become accessible to that organization’s Administrator and other Service users sharing the same domain. If you are an Administrator for a particular site or group of users within the Services, we may share your contact information with current or past Service users, for the purpose of facilitating Service-related requests.  
  • Affiliated Entities: We may share information from or about you with subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control, in which case they are legally bound to honor this Privacy Policy .
  • Business Transfers: If we are acquired by or merged with another entity, if substantially all of our assets are transferred to another company, or as part of a bankruptcy proceeding, we may transfer the information we have collected about you to the other company.

5. TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

  • The information collected by us may be sent to servers located in Singapore and/or other countries around the world. By interacting with and/or using the Services you understand that your Personal Data will be transferred to such countries and you consent to such transfer.

8. RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

In case you opt to delete or deactivate your Account, we shall retain your Personal Data for up to 90 after which, we shall delete all your data along with any Personal Data. OR Upon termination of your Account by deletion or suspension, your Personal Data is destroyed or anonymized from our records and system. If you delete or deactivate your End User Account, some of your information and the Workspace Content you have provided will remain in order to allow your team members or other users to make full use of the Services. For example, we continue to display messages you sent to the users that received them and continue to display Workspace Content you provided, but when requested details that can identify you will be removed.
  • If the Services are made available to you through an organization (e.g., your employer), we retain your information as long as required by the Administrator of your Account.
  • When we have no ongoing legitimate business, operational, legal or other statutory need to process your Personal Data, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Personal Data has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your Personal Data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. We may retain your Personal Data for the purposes authorized under this Privacy Policy, under our own internal data management policies, or in the event of a legal or other statutory requirement.

9. ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION,REACTIVATION AND DELETION

  • At any point, you may deactivate your Account from your account settings page or by sending us an email athelloATanywhereapp.io Once deactivated, you will be unsubscribed from all messages, emails, notifications from us. We retain your Personal Data even after you have deactivated your Account in consonance with our retention policy to prevent fraud and abuse and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • You may reactivate your account yourself in the future by successfully verifying your account by Proving ownership of your registered email address.
  • You may, at any point, request us to delete your Account from your account settings page or by contacting our support team, at helloATanywhereapp.io. You shall not be allowed to reactivate your Account once you exercise the option of deletion of the Account.
  • Upon deactivation or deletion of your Account, we attempt to take all necessary measures to ensure that Your Personal Data is not visible to other users, however, we disclaim all liability if such data has been previously downloaded by any user prior to such deactivation or deletion of the Account.

10. PERSONAL DATA OF MINORS

We do not consciously collect Personal Data from minors ( i.e individuals under 18 years of age and/or any such age as required in your country for you to be authorised to use our Services) and respect the privacy of minors who may inadvertently use our Services and provide us with Personal Data. If you are a minor, do not submit any Personal Data to us.
